Automatic Pool Cover Service Areas

Based in Connecticut, serving Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.

Coverage

Where We Travel, and What to Expect

We are a mobile service business — all of our work happens at your pool, not at a shop. That means our service area is defined by driving distance from Connecticut rather than by a storefront, and it is why response times differ across the six states we cover.

Connecticut and Rhode Island are quickest to reach and most likely to accommodate short-notice work, including weekend emergency calls. Westchester County and northern New Jersey run on regular routes. Southern New Hampshire, northern Dutchess County, and the far end of central Massachusetts are scheduled visits, so seasonal openings and closings there are worth booking early.

We service all major automatic pool cover brands regardless of who installed the system originally — a good share of our work is on covers whose installer is no longer in business or no longer covers the area.

How We Work

The standards behind every installation, repair, and service call.

15+ years on automatic covers
Automatic pool covers are what we do, not a sideline to general pool service. We work on all major brands, including systems we didn't install and systems whose original installer is no longer in business.
Licensed and insured technicians
Every technician who works on your property is licensed and insured. Covers are installed and serviced to meet ASTM safety standards, the recognized benchmark for pool safety covers.
Warranty-backed work
Our Standard maintenance plan includes a 60-day warranty covering one hour of labor on a single service call. New covers carry a manufacturer's warranty that varies by model.
Weekend emergency service
A cover stuck open is a safety problem. Emergency same-day service is available Saturdays and Sundays for an additional fee, year round and subject to availability.

FAQ

Service Area Questions

How should I care for my cover over a Northeast winter?
Keep the water level up, keep the cover pump running so meltwater and snow don't pool in the center, and leave the cover closed until the track is genuinely clear of ice. Most of the spring repair work we do is on covers that were forced open against ice on the first warm day.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Connecticut, Westchester County and the Hudson Valley in New York, northern New Jersey, central and southern Massachusetts, all of Rhode Island, and southern New Hampshire. Connecticut is our home base, so response times are quickest there. See all service areas.
Do you charge for travel to the outer parts of your service area?
Scheduling rather than travel is the practical constraint. Connecticut and Rhode Island are quick to reach and often accommodate short-notice work, while southern New Hampshire, northern Dutchess County, and the far end of central Massachusetts run on scheduled routes — worth booking seasonal openings and closings early.
